Refund policy

Return Policy:

There are absolutely No returns or refunds permitted for online orders. If you receive the wrong item, please email us at info@Labellefaces.com Include a photo of the wrong item UNOPENED we will then send you a shipping label to have the item(s) returned to us and the correct item will be sent within 10-14 business days.  

Damaged Products: For items that arrive damaged, please send an email to info@Labellefaces.com with the following information: your name, order number, and images of the damaged item. Replacements are sent out immediately based on our discretion. 

Lost/Stolen Package:

LaBelle Face skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim. 

Cancellation Policy:

Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping team work very hard to get orders shipped quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, make price adjustments, or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
